SCREENING PROCESS:

At Kindhearted In Home Care every member of our staff is carefully screened, fingerprinted, background checked, monitored and supervised. We do our very best to fit our clients and caregivers for the most successful care experience.

Our Home Care Aids are trained and certified.  Our Aids are responsible for providing direct support services to individuals in their home and in the community.  In doing so, our Aids (and staff) will continue to update their skills and knowledge to better serve our clients.
